  • Access to Premises: The customer must ensure clear access to the appliance and that an adult (18+) is present during the scheduled service time.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All repair estimates are provided prior to starting work.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and authorized electronic payments as specified on our invoice.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Specific parts and labor warranties are provided directly on your service invoice upon repair completion. Warranty coverage applies strictly to the specific part replaced and labor performed, and does not cover new or unrelated issues.
